崗位職責與責任：
負責對全球客戶(hù)的BESS制造現場(chǎng)進(jìn)行預審核評估、線(xiàn)上檢查及最終產(chǎn)品抽檢。
作為客戶(hù)的主要聯(lián)絡(luò )人，就檢查結果和發(fā)現提供溝通。
在檢查過(guò)程中監控日常生產(chǎn)參數和質(zhì)量控制記錄（進(jìn)料檢驗、過(guò)程檢驗、出貨檢驗）；解決問(wèn)題并與工廠(chǎng)QC團隊協(xié)調。
編制并提交詳細的檢查報告。
協(xié)助制造商提升生產(chǎn)和質(zhì)量控制流程。
協(xié)助管理層制定、維護及改進(jìn)標準操作程序（SOPs）。
遵守所有內部SOP、政策和公司規章制度。
每月向后臺提交工作時(shí)間和費用報銷(xiāo)報告。
及時(shí)了解太陽(yáng)能行業(yè)的技術(shù)進(jìn)步，特別是供應商、客戶(hù)以及行業(yè)標準的相關(guān)動(dòng)態(tài)。
Lead pre-audit evaluations, in-line inspections, and final product sampling inspections at BESS manufacturing sites for global clients.
Serve as the main contact for clients regarding inspection results and findings.
Monitor daily production parameters and quality control records (IQC, IPQC, OQC) during inspections; troubleshoot issues and coordinate with factory QC teams.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive inspection reports.
Support manufacturers in enhancing their production and quality control processes.
Assist management in developing, maintaining, and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Comply with all internal SOPs, policies, and company regulations.
Submit monthly reports on working hours and expense claims to the back office.
Keep up-to-date with technological advancements in the solar industry, especially regarding suppliers and clients and key developments concerning industry standards.
任職資格：
具有至少3年在BESS制造行業(yè)的質(zhì)量保證（QA）經(jīng)驗。
深刻理解BESS的質(zhì)量控制和質(zhì)量保證計劃（QAC/QAP）及生產(chǎn)流程。
熟悉IEC標準和國家標準（GB）關(guān)于BESS工廠(chǎng)驗收測試（FAT）和現場(chǎng)驗收測試（SAT）的相關(guān)要求。
愿意且能夠頻繁在中國境內出差，未來(lái)可能包括國際出差；能在壓力下管理多項任務(wù)。
良好的英語(yǔ)閱讀和書(shū)寫(xiě)能力。
Minimum 3 years of QA experience in a BESS manufacturing environment.
Deep understanding of BESS Quality Control and Quality Assurance Plans (QAC/QAP) and production workflows.
Familiarity with IEC and GB standards for BESS Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
Willingness and ability to travel frequently across China and in the future perhaps internationally; must be capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
Good proficiency in English reading and writing is required.
